The following section includes details of how to configure your mail program to work with your POP email on Virtual Domain accounts.

The first POP account is the administrative login (used to connect by 'ftp' or FrontPage) for example :

Domain name : bloggs.com
Admin login : joe
Therefore the POP email account will be joe@bloggs.com

To configure your email program, the essential information is as follows :

Incoming Mail
POP Server : Your domain name (eg. bloggs.com)
POP User : Your admin login (eg. joe)
Password : The password used to connect to your site at NetCulture

Outgoing Mail
SMTP Server : The SMTP server of your ISP (eg. smtp.isp.com)

If you do not already have the SMTP server name for your ISP, this should be included in your documentation or on their web site.

Once these details are configured you should then be able to send and receive mail using your new POP account.
